iCold Oil is a plant oil-based mixture with special additives that enables the production and long-term storage of bitumen conglomerates with a plastic consistency, even at low temperatures. iCold Oil is particularly effective due to its chemical-physical properties, which significantly reduce the viscosity of bitumen and promote a more even coating of aggregates, maintain the workability of the mixure at low temperatures, guarantees excellent cohesion and rapid increase in mechanical strength after laying in a pothole.
iEmul Oil is a mixture of different low-viscosity plant-based oils that facilitate the emulsification process of bitumen. Thanks to its specific physical-chemical action, iEmul Oil plasticizes the bitumen by integrating its components and aids in its dispersion in the aqueous phase after passing through the colloid mill.
iEmul Oil allow to produce a bitumen emulsion with low viscosity, which allow to applicate emulsions al low ambient temperatures.
iEmul Oil should be added to the bitumen during a production of bitumen emulsion.
BioFlux Oil additive is a specially developed bio-fluxing agent (diluent/extender) for use in the production of styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS-PMB) polymer-modified bitumen, intended for road construction and potentially for roofing works.
Its main function is to reduce the viscosity of the SBS-bitumen mixture during production, which facilitates the dispersion and swelling of the polymer, and also potentially improves the workability of the resulting polymer-asphalt concrete mix (PAB). The product can also serve as a partial replacement for fluxing oils or extenders of petroleum origin.
BioFlux Oil has lower volatility and a higher flash point than many petroleum solvents or light fluxing oils. This reduces emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) during production and laying, potentially improving air quality and enhancing worker safety.
Renewable agricultural resources are used in the production of BioFlux Oil, which reduces dependence on limited oil resources. BioFlux Oil helps reduce the carbon footprint compared to petroleum-derived fluxes, especially considering the absorption of biogenic carbon during plant growth.
