iDOP PHL is a plant-based liquid admixture, formulated to improve the chemical-physical compatibility of bitumen and aggregates. It is particularly recommended for use with acidic aggregates that have poor compatibility with bituminous binders or for applications in areas subject to heavy rains and high humidity levels.
iDOP PHL increases the service life of road wear and reduces oxidation and washout of bitumen caused by atmospheric agents. iDOP PHL’s characteristics:
● it is physically stable in the bitumen at storage high temperature;
● it is liquid at low temperatures;
● doesn’t change physical and rheological characteristics of bitumen (penetration degree, softening point – R&B temperature).

iDOP PH30 is a synthetic phosphorus-based liquid additive specifically formulated to improve the chemical-physical compatibility between bitumen and aggregates. It is particularly indicated for use with acidic aggregates that are not compatible with the bituminous binder. iDOP PH30’s characteristics:
● it is physically stable in the bitumen at storage high temperature;
● it is liquid at low temperatures;
● it allows to obtain very high performance and perfectly stable bond between bitumen and aggregate in any operational conditions (high environmental humidity, low temperatures, acid aggregate, etc);
● it improves stability and mechanical properties of both PmB and plain bitumen HMA by reducing their moisture sensitivities and by increasing their freeze-thaw cycles resistances;
● doesn’t change physical and rheological characteristics of bitumen (penetration degree, softening point – R&B temperature).

iDOP SIL is a high-performance liquid silane-based additive, properly formulated to improve the physico-chemical compatibility between bitumen and aggregate. It is particularly suitable for use with aggregates of an acidic nature with a high silicon content.
iDOP SIL, compared to other additives, is characterized by the fact that it is added in a very small amount, varying from 0.02% to 0.15% of the bitumen weight.
